The Shariah Supervisory Committee comprises members with expertise in Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic financial transactions. The Committee operates independently from the Board of Directors and Executive Management, ensuring its independence and transparency in carrying out its responsibilities and making relevant Shariah decisions.
The Committee provides independent Shariah opinions on the Company’s activities and products and reviews relevant documents, agreements, and investment structures to ensure their compliance with Shariah principles. It also conducts periodic reviews and provides recommendations to ensure adherence to the approved Shariah standards and requirements.

On 22 May 2024, the appointment of Shariah Review Bureau (SRB) as the Company’s Shariah Advisor was renewed. (SRB) provides Shariah oversight and general advisory services to the Company.
